We manufacture custom-engineered knitted fabrics tailored to your exact technical specifications or provided visual materials.

Pattern Development

We operate under two distinct design workflows

Graphic Development

Based on a provided photograph or illustration, we develop a seamless digital repeating pattern (pattern repeat), optimized specifically for our machinery’s technical capabilities.

Pattern Adaptation

We accept ready-to-use artwork with existing pattern repeats, adapting them to the technical parameters of our equipment. Prior to full-scale production, we provide a digital rendering in your selected colorways to verify layout and proportions.

Colorways & Palette

Our standard production configuration utilizes 2 or 3 yarn colors (up to a maximum of 4).

To achieve a richer visual palette, we employ a melange technique (optical color blending). By precisely interlocking loops of different colors within the graphical structure (checkerboard layout), we create intermediate hues.

Example

Combining a white background and a red design element with a white-and-red melange zone creates the visual effect of three distinct shades using only two yarn colors.

Physical Parameter Configuration

The final characteristics of the fabric are defined by the following specifications:

Grammage

Selectable according to technical specifications (ranging from 150 to 600 g/m²).

Type of Finish

Options include pile length adjustments, sherpa/tumbled effects, calendering, and high-gloss finishing.

Prototyping & Quality Assurance

Before launching full-scale production, we offer full physical verification of your project:

Technical Sample (Sample Strike-off / Sample Swatch)

We produce a physical sample swatch based on your verified pattern and technical specifications to ensure exact color and structural accuracy.

Pattern Approval

The physical sample serves as the golden standard for production. This guarantees that the final bulk shipment perfectly matches the accepted specifications.
