Hot-Melt Lamination

Bonding with Precision Parameter Control

The Ideal Method for Producing 2-Ply and 3-Ply Composite Materials

Hot-melt is currently the most advanced method for bonding textile materials, allowing laminates to retain their natural physical properties while providing maximum bond strength and durability.

Technology Overview

The hot-melt lamination process involves the uniform application of heated reactive adhesive to the substrate materials. Prior to application, the binder transitions into a liquid state, enabling precise distribution across the raw material’s surface. As a result, the finished laminate exhibits a perfectly smooth structure and a flawless aesthetic finish.
