Geobent PP

GEOBENT PP is a geotextile engineered as a core component for the manufacturing of geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs). It provides a high-strength structural matrix for granular activated bentonite, enabling the creation of reliable underground waterproofing barriers.

Key Features

Bentonite Matrix Integration
The specialized fiber architecture guarantees optimal interlocking with bentonite granules, preventing material displacement or loss during the needle-punching assembly phase.
Puncture Resistance
High static puncture resistance (CBR) physically shields the bentonite core against mechanical damage caused by sharp aggregate during installation.
Controlled Hydration
A precisely engineered pore size distribution (O90) allows unrestricted water flow to the core, ensuring uniform swelling and full activation of the sealing barrier.
Slope Stability
GEOBENT PP imparts essential shear strength and friction characteristics to the finished GCL, enabling secure deployment on steep slopes, embankments, and containment cells.
