FLAME LAMINATION

TECHNOLOGY OF COMBINING MATERIALS WITH THE USE OF POLYURETHANE FOAM OR POLYETHYLENE FILM. ADHESION OF MATERIALS IN THIS PROCESS IS DONE BY EXPOSURE OF FOAM TO FLAME WHICH RESULTS IN MELTING OF GLUE THAT CONNECTS THE MATERIAL LAYERS.

APPLICATION OF WATERBASED GLUE ON THE INNER SIDE OF TEXTILE MATERIALS. THIS METHOD ALLOWS FOR OBTAINING HIGHER RIGIDITY AND FLEXIBILITY OF MATERIAL, DEPENDING ON ITS INTENDED USE.

WE IMPREGNATE TEXTILES UP TO 2 METRES WIDE USING THIS METHOD.
